Teeth-In-A-Day & All-On-Four
TEETH-IN-A-DAY is a revolutionary concept providing patients with a full arch of functioning teeth on four dental implants in a single day. This technology utilizes collaboration between both the restorative dentist and the oral surgeon, Dr. Pashkowsky. This merging of knowledge and experience achieves increased safety and precise implant placement.
The process begins when a 3D cone beam CT scan is taken of the patient’s jaw bone. This image allows for the generation of a three-dimensional model of the jaw bone that can be used with virtual reality software to plan the implant placement. Dr. Pashkowsky and your dentist will complete extensive planning of your case prior to your procedure. The implant plan is customized for every patient, some require four implants and others up to six implants depending on the density and availability of jaw bone.
On the day of your procedure, Dr. Pashkowsky will perform computer-guided implant surgery under IV sedation. The implants Dr. Pashkowsky will place provides the foundation for the teeth your dentist has created for you. Once the surgery is over, you will wake up from anesthesia and start the dental phase of contouring and adapting the teeth to the implants with your dentist. Within a few hours your teeth will be anchored by your implants and you will have a beautiful, new smile.
